Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn hats in original condition.
To be eligible for a return:

The hat must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at blanton@crookedcollar.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or color in the future, simply place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
